Our products are made to order, which means we create your item after your order has been placed. To ensure the highest quality, our products are all handmade with love and attention to details. At this time, please expect your order to ship out in 3-5 business days.
Good things take time, and we assure you that our products are all worth waiting for. You will receive an email with tracking number once your order is shipped out!
SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS
We ship worldwide! All our shipping prices are in US Dollars (USD). Please note that business days DO NOT include weekends or public holidays. See below to find more information regarding delivery timeframes per destination:
We offer free standard shipping for all orders above $100 USD!
Please note that the time frame in the table is only an estimation. As there are many uncontrollable factors in international shipping, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, we can’t make any shipping time guarantees. We are also unable to offer return for items arrive late.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
- COVID-19 Impact: Please allow extra time for delivery and dispatchment as a result of COVID-19. Many couriers are operating on limited staff and shipping delays are unfortunately out of our control. We are doing our best to make all your products on time in our warehouse. But since our products are handmade, please know that our staff and operation team might be affected by COVID-19 resulting in delay in dispatchment.
- Delivery Delays: During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been despatched from our warehouse.
- Customs Charges: The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. HAFA is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
RETURN
Our products are all hand-made with love and attention to details, but we know they are not always perfect. If you are not 100% in love with them, you can submit a return or exchange request within 30 days from the order delivery date.
How to submit a return/exchange request?
– Order number
– Return item(s) name
– Reasons for the return/exchange
– If you wish to exchange, please specify the size or color of the product
– Photos of the returning item(s)
– Refund method: store credit or refund to the original payment
We will process your return or exchange request within 2 business days. Once it’s approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
Note: If you find that there’s a mistake in your order information after placing the order, please contact us at info@mewmews.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible. Please refer to our order cancellation page for details.
Return shipping
All return shipping costs are paid by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team. We don’t provide return shipping labels at this time. Please ship out the package with a courier that provides tracking numbers, as it allows both parties to track shipping updates.
The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable unless otherwise informed by our customer service team.
Conditions
All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.
If a return does not adhere to the requirements, it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We will gladly accept any exchange request made within 30 days of order delivery date. Just follow the steps listed above to make the request. The exchanged item(s) will be shipped out within a week after your return package arrives at our warehouse.
Refund
You can choose to receive the refund via store credit (valid for 12 months) or your original payment method. See below for details:

Store credit: This is the fastest way! You will receive the store credit within 48 hours after the return package arrives and be examined at our warehouse. You can use the store credit for anything on our website. Please note that our store credit can not be refunded in cash or transferred to another person.

Original payment method: We will initiate the refund within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the condition of your return package. You will receive a receipt confirmation via email once your returned package is processed. Refund time for credit/debit card payments varies depending on your bank. Please allow up to 7 business days for it to show up in your bank account.
